OperIP Delivery Terms
Please read this document carefully before using OperIP services. You can access OperIP at https://www.operip.com. By using our services, you agree to comply with these delivery terms.
About Delivery
After a successful purchase, your purchased package will appear in your OperIP User Center, where you can view and manage your packages.
Note: Due to payment processing times, delivery may be delayed. This is normal, especially for VISA, Mastercard, or PayPal payments, which may require verification. We recommend logging into your OperIP User Center to confirm that the package has been successfully added.
Service Guarantee
- Packages will be activated and executed within 48 hours of purchase, in accordance with all applicable rules.
- We commit to protecting the security and confidentiality of your data during transmission and future usage.
- If a package becomes unusable due to a system error (e.g., blocked, deleted, or incorrectly configured packages in a valid account), we will provide a replacement package that functions correctly.
Replacement Rules
- The package guarantee applies only within 48 hours after purchase.
- Replacements are only provided for packages that are inaccessible, disabled, or invalid.
- All operations and results are the responsibility of the user. OperIP is not liable for issues caused by misuse or purchasing the wrong package.
- If you follow general guidelines but still cannot access a package, please contact our support team at support@operip.com. Upon confirming a system-side issue, we will replace the affected package with a fully functional one.
Refund and Replacement Policy
- We do not provide refunds or replacements for incorrectly purchased packages (e.g., wrong type or duration). Please carefully review package descriptions before purchase.
- Refunds or replacements are only available for inaccessible, disabled, or invalid packages within the guarantee period.
