OperIP Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully to understand your rights and obligations when using OperIP services. By clicking "Agree and Continue," you acknowledge that this agreement constitutes a legally binding document between you and OperIP.
1. User Registration
- User registration refers to the process of logging in to OperIP, filling in the required information, and confirming acceptance of these Terms of Service.
- Users must be natural persons or legal entities with full civil capacity.
2. User Account, Password & Security
- After successful registration, users become legitimate account holders. Each user is responsible for all activities under their account. If unauthorized use occurs, users must notify OperIP immediately.
- Users must properly safeguard their account and password, and not transfer or lend them to others.
- You understand and agree that OperIP provides services and processes data based on the information you provide.
- Any loss of data due to negligence or improper safeguarding of credentials is the responsibility of the user.
3. User Data & Privacy
OperIP protects the security and privacy of user data in accordance with applicable laws. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.
4. Agreement Renewal & User Responsibilities
These terms may be modified due to legal or business requirements. Updates are effective upon publication. Users are responsible for reviewing updates, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
5. Prohibited Activities & Abuse Policy
Users may not use OperIP services to engage in any illegal, unauthorized, or abusive activity, including but not limited to:
- Political Sensitivity & National Security: Do not incite subversion of state power, split the country, harm national unity, or disseminate politically sensitive or public safety-threatening information.
- Criminal Activities: Do not engage in money laundering, terrorism, selling illegal items, or stealing personal or business information.
- Cyber Attacks: Prohibited from initiating or assisting DDoS / DoS attacks, brute-force attacks, port scanning, vulnerability probing, spreading malware, or other intrusion attempts.
- Fraud & Abuse: Do not send spam, phishing, fraudulent messages, impersonate others, or forge identity.
- Content Abuse: Do not distribute obscene, violent, terroristic, hateful, discriminatory, or other illegal or inappropriate content.
- Intellectual Property: Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other legal rights of others, and do not distribute pirated or illegal works.
- Unauthorized Access: Do not attempt to bypass, interfere with, or access other users' accounts, systems, or networks without authorization.
- Incitement & Assistance: Do not encourage, incite, or assist others to engage in prohibited activities above.
- Commercial Abuse: Do not use accounts for unauthorized commercial or profit-making activities.
- Other Illegal Activities: Do not engage in any acts that violate laws or disrupt service operations.
Violating users may have their accounts immediately suspended or terminated, and relevant authorities may be notified.
6. User Legal Obligations
- Users must comply with applicable laws and OperIP platform rules.
- If a user violates these terms, OperIP may take actions such as suspending or terminating the account.
7. Payment & Service Terms
- Fees, validity, and promotions are subject to official announcements.
- If service expires without renewal, access may be suspended or terminated.
- Users must provide a valid payment method and keep information updated.
- OperIP reserves the right to adjust prices and service content within reasonable limits.
8. Protection of Minors
- Services are not intended for children under 14 years old.
- Users aged 14-18 must use the service under guidance and consent of a guardian.
- If data from children under 14 is collected in error, it will be promptly deleted.
9. Policy Updates
Terms may be updated due to legal or business requirements. Updates are effective upon publication, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
