## Refund Policy Explained
We offer refunds under specific conditions.
### Eligibility
Refunds are available for:
- IPs not working as described
- Service outages exceeding 24 hours
- Billing errors
### Time Limits
- 7 days from purchase for unused IPs
- 24 hours for service outage claims
- Immediate for billing errors
### How to Request Refund
1. Go to [contact page](/undefined/contact)
2. Select "Refund Request"
3. Provide order details
4. Explain the issue
5. Submit your request
### Processing Time
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
- Original payment method credited
- Currency conversion may apply
### Exceptions
No refunds for:
- Used IPs beyond 7 days
- Account violations
- Voluntary cancellation
- Force majeure events
### Enterprise Customers
Custom refund terms apply for enterprise contracts. Contact your account manager.
